Once inside, Rush up another ramp and through a window to get to the first dance floor. Follow the grey floor around the corner to see a giant game on the wall with an image of Capital B. Once back in the main area, head straight and pass the Wager Laser pipe. Exit back through the pipe to the main area. Grab the Quills (170 of 200 Capital Cashino Quills), then stand in the red-lit area and Reptile Rush/Jump your way over the electrical currents and through the exit to this area to grab your reward, 5 more Casino Tokens (158 of 190 Casino Tokens).
The 5th Rush Room features exposed wires with constantly running electrical currents and 2 Quills above them. Stand on the red lit area and ready a Reptile Rush, once ready time your shot and blast across the room, through the gate, and into another Casino Token (153 of 200 Casino Tokens). The 4th Room is a Rush Room with a rotating cylinder covered in electrical fences and surprisingly no Quills. Before crossing the room, make sure to grab the hidden Quill under the ramp, then grab the other three Quills throughout the cylinder course (168 of 200 Capital Cashino Quills), and the Casino Token at the end of the room (152 of 200 Casino Tokens).
The 3rd Room isn't a Rush Room, instead, you'll need to roll/jump to get across several rotating cylinders and dodge electrical currents. The 2nd Rush Room has a rotating cylinder with 3 Quills along it, grab these first (164 of 200 Capital Cashino Quills), then stand on the red-lit area and use Reptile Rush to get through the gate (you'll have to resist the rolling pipe as you go). Wait for the exposed cable's spark to die down before blasting off through the gate and collecting a Casino Token (151 of 190 Casino Tokens). Once you have them, stand on the red-lit area and ready a Reptile Rush. In the 1st Rush Room, before doing anything else, grab the 3 Quills (161 of 200 Capital Cashino Quills) hidden behind the pillars under the bridge (Seriously, why are these hidden like this?). Before doing anything, look underneath the ramp to find an unnecessarily hidden Quill, then Reptile Rush up the ramp and into the next room, collecting 3 more Quills along the way (158 of 200 Capital Cashino Quills).
This area is known as the Power Grid, and it functions exactly like Swampy Station from back in Moodymaze Marsh.
